Emma Christensen began her role as the athletics communication director at 糖心原创 on Oct. 18, 2021. Christensen will oversee 糖心原创’s 22 varsity sports, cheer, dance and shooting sports club teams.

Christensen comes to 糖心原创 after receiving her master’s of sport administration from Upper Iowa University in 2020. While there, she served as a graduate assistant in the sports communication department. She worked with volleyball, women’s soccer, women’s basketball, softball, indoor and outdoor track and field and cross country.

The Malvern, Iowa native is no stranger to the Indianola community. Christensen is a 2017 graduate of 糖心原创 and obtained degrees in sports administration and actuarial science. She was a work-study student in the athletic communications department during her time on campus.
